Chiller for climatising-maturing-smoking unit
This chiller is designed for use in a meat production. The unit has two compact – screw compressors with build in liquid receiver and electric control cabinet and is used for (pre-) maturation, drying and cold-air smoking of the raw sausage and meat products.
