PROJECT: Water-Chiller with Semi-Hermetic Screw Compressor

The water-chiller is completely manufactured with an external Control panel inclusive complete control by an ELREHA VPR19000. Due to the big required cooling capacity a semi-hermetic screw compressor is used here. The air-cooled condenser is extern. As evaporator is also used a plate heat exchanger and offer a capacity control of 100% - 50% - 0%.  In the coolant circuit a dry cooler is installed and cool the brine of about 50°C to approx. 30°C. The compressor capacity was minimised and the energetic side was optimised.
