Separating Hood Compressor

The two and three cylinder compressors offer a maximum of operation reliablity because the parts, which are highly used during operation, are relieved thermally. At the same time, the maximum refrigerating capacities and preformance rates are maintained.


Construction Features

The special SEGMENTED CONNECTING RODS enable the arrangement of the cylinders in a single, horizontal level. For this reason, our two and three cylinder compressors are running very quietly and almost free of vibration.

NO CABLES LEAD - THROUGHS, which may cause a loss of refrigerant.

NO CONTAMINATION of the system in case the stator is burnt-out. Stators can be easily exchanged without having to open the refrigerant circuit. After a few minutes, the unit is ready for use again, without cleaning the system or re-charging the refrigerant.

NO V-BELT, or any other drive-element, which may requires re-adjustment, maintenance or periodical exchange, is used.

Capacity Data

The quoted refrigerating performance is based on  ISO9309 (DIN 8928) at 50Hz (1450min-1 ). Adaption to EN 12900 to follow at a later moment in time.

Operating Data

The operating area is committed to the discharge gas temperature. Therefore, the max. temperature of the discharge gas pise, measured directly toward the stop valve, is fixed at 130°C. The operating area of the motor is determined to ambient temperature of 43°C in continuous operation. The operation data must be respected, otherwise warranty claims cannot be raised.
