The enduser is a producer of meat products and required a Cooling System for the deep cooling of meat products.
Demands:
- high safety level
- refrigerant volume as low as possible
- Qo = 188 kW at to/tc = -42°C/42°C
Solution:
The unit was build in 2 circuits to get a high safety level. Every circuit is build separately with 2 compressors. The system condensed indirect, so the refrigerant volume is as low as possible.

Project in Meat Factory
In a large austrian meat factory an unit was required with the focus of all possible enviroment possibilities. Because of that reason for the application there is used a natural refigerant.
The costumer in connection with an austrian constructor had choosen the refigerant R723. That refrigerant has on one hand all benefits of the natural refrigerant R717 and on the other hand due to the 40 percent mixed Dimetylether addionaly benefits of lower discharge temperature and a better oil balance.
The unit was built in compact design. The rack is set in a housing which is fixed at a common frame with the condenser. The housing for the unit has a special sound emissioning insulation. In that way there is nearly no sound emission to the ambient.

Technical Specification: The unit is built in parallel compound. To get the best and the efficient oil balance in the unit, an oil and gas equalization system is installed.
The Unit has a cooling capacity of 112 kW, at a brine of -°3/-7°C. Based on our philosophie, to built enviromental efficent units, we also installed an heat reaction system which has the capacity of 24 kW and heat up water from +40°C to +50°C.
To get the lowest sound emissions the condenser fans are done in quiter version. The ventilation for the housing ist done with an sound accumulator.
