Automatic operation of cutting of aluminium composite pipes

Frigopol solution:
The operator can order the number and length of pipes on a touch panel. For each pipe type, the specifications will be stored in the system and can be retrieved if needed. The operation interface is costumised according to the needs and demands of the customer. The pipe material is loaded by the operator and released after the cutting process in a delivery box.

The cutting machince can handle pipes up to 30 mm (min. 15 mm) diameter. The pipe material thickness may not excede 3,5 mm.
